Your Super9 account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, sold to, or used by any other person. Account names cannot be changed once set — contact support if there is an error that needs to be corrected at the time of registration.
All financial transactions on Super9 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Super9 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. There are no foreign currency conversions at any stage — your balance is always in PKR.
Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your Super9 account — are not permitted. Super9 may request proof of ownership of the payment method used, particularly in connection with a withdrawal request.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Super9 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside Super9's control.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. All withdrawals are in PKR. Super9 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, with processing speed varying by account VIP tier — Gold and Diamond tier members receive priority processing.
Before processing a withdrawal, Super9 may require identity and payment method verification. This is a standard security process and is not intended to cause unnecessary delay. Providing complete and accurate documentation speeds up this process considerably.
Winnings derived from a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited. Standard deposited funds do not carry a wagering requirement.
Super9 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Bets are accepted through the Super9 platform only. All bets are final once confirmed on screen. You are responsible for checking your bet slip before confirming — errors identified after confirmation cannot be reversed except in cases of clear platform error.
A bet may be voided if: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault; or the bet is placed on a market that is subsequently voided by the relevant sports authority. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.
In-play betting on cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, ODIs and other live fixtures — is subject to short delays between events occurring and markets being updated. Super9 accepts no responsibility for bets placed on markets where the outcome was already determined at the time of the bet due to communication lag. In-play markets may be suspended at any time.
For PSL and international cricket markets, match winner bets require the match to reach a minimum number of overs as specified at the time of betting to count as a settled bet. Super9 follows standard cricket betting settlement rules for rain-interrupted matches, including DLS method results. Specific market rules are displayed alongside each market on the platform.
Super9 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per event or per market. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Bets that exceed the maximum payout limit will be settled at the maximum applicable amount.
Super9 offers slot games, live casino, table games and speciality titles. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are independent of previous game outcomes — there is no system or strategy that can influence RNG-determined results.
Each game has its own return-to-player (RTP) rate and variance, which are disclosed within the game information panel. Live casino games operate with real human dealers and are subject to their own specific rules, which are communicated clearly within each game environment.

Bonuses are credited to your account balance and must be wagered the required number of times before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer.
Attempting to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, betting both sides of a market to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — is a breach of these Terms. Super9 may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings and may suspend the account in such cases.
Super9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of any change will not be adversely affected by retrospective changes to an active offer's terms.
Super9's VIP programme rewards regular players with points earned on every bet placed across sports, casino and slot games. The programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. Each tier unlocks specific benefits including faster withdrawal processing, boosted odds on selected cricket markets and priority customer support.
VIP points and tier status are calculated based on activity within a rolling period. Super9 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits and programme structure. Players will be notified of material changes to the VIP programme in advance.
VIP points have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn as cash. They may be converted to bonus credit as described in the VIP programme terms, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Super9 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
Super9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time if these Terms have been breached, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of proven breach, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited.
If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, contact Super9 support. Any remaining balance from confirmed deposits (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the standard verification process.
All content on the Super9 platform — including the brand name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, game interfaces and software — is the property of Super9 and is protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any element of the platform without prior written consent.
Super9 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.
Super9's liability to you in connection with any loss or damage arising from use of the platform — including betting losses, technical disruptions or account issues — is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the issue arose. Super9 is not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses beyond this.
This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection provisions that cannot be excluded by contract.
Super9 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment methods, product offering or applicable requirements. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.
If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Continued use after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
